ABOUT

Your home is unique and unparalleled.
Just like you. And the relationship between aesthetics and dwellers is one we deem paramount. Your space can shape your soul.

We believe in the power of creating a wonderful corner of the world.

We pride ourselves in our steadfast involvement from design conception to final installation and our long-term relationships with our trusted fabricators, makers, builders, and clients is invaluable to us.

As Gaston Bachelard says in The Poetics of Space, “our house is our corner of the world . . . it is our first universe, a real cosmos in every sense of the word.”

REBECCA COX
Founder + Principal Designer

A native of Massachusetts who embodies California's creative spirit after 17 years in Los Angeles, Rebecca Cox brings 25 years of distinguished design experience from both coasts to her sought-after interior design practice. Her philosophy centers on the belief that living beautifully need not be precious—seamlessly blending original art, vintage treasures, and bold color and pattern to create spaces that sing with personality.

With an expert eye honed over decades in the design and art world, Cox approaches each project as a unique canvas, deeply attuning herself to her clients' individual stories and lifestyles. Her talent for balancing sophistication with livability stems from her own experience as a pet lover and taste curator, blending style with comfort in every project she takes on. Since 2010, Cox has transformed homes throughout Southern California and beyond, building an impressive portfolio that showcases her distinctive vision, truly enhancing how people live.

Her entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach to design led her to launch Pet Poufs in 2019, a collection of high-end, limited edition dog and cat beds that marry luxury with functionality. Drawing on her rich experience co-founding and running Lily Spindle design firm, Cox now focuses her creative energy on delivering highly personalized design solutions that reflect each client's unique narrative and needs.
